Senior Year

September-October

• Continue your college research.
• Students interested in Early Decision or Early Action need to meet with their counselor; applications are usually due in November.
• Meet with your college counselor to discuss testing needs, application strategies and financial aid.
• Request teacher recommendations.
• Potential Division I and II athletes should file with the NCAA Clearinghouse.

November-December

• Continue filling in and submitting applications.
• Complete interviews and visitations.
• If you are a financial aid candidate you may need to file the CSS Profile.

January-February

• File the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as soon as possible after January 1.
• Continue filling in and submitting applications in consultation with your college counselor.

March-May

• Review your acceptances with your college counselor to reach a final decision.
• Visit college campuses, as necessary, to help with decision making.
• Each student should mail a deposit to one school by the first of May.
