Monthly Payment Plan
GSB also offers the Key Education Resources monthly payment plan for interested families. The plan enables families to make tuition payments in monthly installments without interest charges.

Financial Aid
We are committed to making a GSB education accessible to all families. Financial aid in the form of grants is awarded on an annual basis to qualified students in grades 7 through 12 who demonstrate financial need, based on information provided by the parents and the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS).

Applications are mailed out to families upon request and to current GSB family recipients in December. The Parent Financial Statement (PFS), provided by the School, should be completed and mailed to School and Student Services (SSS) by February 1.  The processing fee for submitting a PFS is $24.00.

A copy of the parents’ IRS Form 1040, including all schedules, and W-2 Forms should be submitted directly to the GSB Admission Office by March 1.

Information submitted by families as part of the financial aid application process is held in strict confidence and reviewed only by the School’s financial aid administrator(s), business manager and headmaster in making award decisions.

The following information is relevant in the determination of financial aid:
Savings accounts
Liquid assets
Size of home mortgage
Separation and divorce
Parents’ sabbaticals
Parents’ own educational debts
Voluntary salary reduction
Voluntary early retirement
Automobile(s)
Recreational expenses (vacation, summer camp, boat)

While the School does not require an interview in the awarding of financial aid, on occasion parents may be asked to discuss their financial aid application.

Financial aid awards are reviewed annually and adjusted when indicated by changes in family circumstances and/or the School’s overall budget considerations.
