Bus Transportation

Gill St Bernard's School uses a variety of bus services, public and private, to transport students to and from campus. Currently, eligible students come from over twenty different towns that span five counties.

Generally, GSB relies on the traditional public school bus routes provided by the public school district in which a student resides. Families are required to apply for these services each year by submitting a B6T form which is included in the GSB enrollment packet. The school districts are governed by transportation eligibility guidelines established by the New Jersey Department of Education. School districts either offer busing to students or reimburse a family to offset the cost of private transportation.

GSB also offers bus transportation for certain routes as determined by sufficient need to offset cost. Families may elect to use these services for a fee. Fees are determined by distance and number of riders.

Finally, there are four late buses in the evening for students in the MS and US which the school provides gratis to its families.
